My very favorite thing right now
Yep, I don’t know why maybe because I read somewhere that it helps fill you up faster so you don’t want to keep eating 🙂 I don’t even know if I have lost any weight or not BUT I really love these smoothies and I am not munching on junk all night long.
1 Cup of Soy milk ( I can’t wait to try Almond milk)
1/2 Cup of plain yogurt
1/2 Cup of Raspberries
Scoop of protein (I only use this in the morning to replace a meal)
